Dreadnought identifies latent value in large industries which has been overlooked by the existing constituents. Using its deep experience across major industries and the capital markets, it generates bespoke ideas to capture and monetize that value. To accomplish this, it invests heavily upfront in order to de-risk projects ensuring bankability. Dreadnought will use both the private and public capital markets to finance projects.
Dreadnought does not, as a matter of principal, press release its transactions or matters related there to. We believe that our ability move and operate imperceptibly is a dominate strength as is our disinterest in publicity. Where required by statue and/or securities regulations we comply with all disclosure requirements through that entity directly affected.
Dreadnought's principals are former investment bankers. Their careers were spent with the global investment banks at the senior levels across the major the markets with time spent in New York, Toronto and London. With particular specializations in complex M&A and value creating transactions, their experience has covered all major areas of the capital markets, derivatives and securitization. With a combined experience of 40 years and +$1 billion in deal exposure, they look at markets differently, asking "why" and not "how".
From time to time, and on a select basis, Dreadnought will provide advisory services. It will do so when it identifies unique companies led by a spirited founder(s) who is seeking assistance navigating the company's development path and lifecycle. Advisory Services provide companies access to a set of refined skills not otherwise available through the usual mid-market channels such as the accounting firms. Not being investment bankers, their ability to deliver is demonstrably bereft of the nuanced sophistication expressed only through the critical thought capabilities only gained from deep emersion into the global capital markets. Dreadnought's skills provide for strategies, business models and financing structures which can provide for a material competitive advantage. Advisory services are not performed under a traditional scope of services engagement as with the aforementioned, but rather under a general open arrangement.
